Discounted rate and special benefits will be available for 14th IACC participants staying at official conference hotels, all of which are located in the central business and shopping district of Bangkok, close to the conference venue. Participants staying at one of the official Conference hotels will receive:

- net competitive rate inclusive of service charge and VAT
- complimentary daily breakfast
- complimentary internet access in rooms
- complimentary coffee/tea making facilities
- complimentary daily English newspaper
- complimentary welcome fruit arrangement in rooms

How to book your accommodation

To make a reservation, please follow these simple steps:

1) Register for the Conference and receive your hotel booking code. Click here to register

2) Read the Official Conference Hotel Policies (below)

3) Once you have completed steps one and two, choose a hotel and click on the ‘Book Now’ link provided below for the selected hotel. You will then be redirected to the hotel’s website.

4) During the reservation process on the hotel’s website, be sure to enter the specified hotel code you received when registering for the Conference. *This will identify you as a Conference participant and is necessary to receive the special rate and benefits.

5) Complete the reservation form to finalise booking.

6) It is essential that guests inform the hotel of their arrival time and of any possibility of a late arrival.

- You will then receive your confirmation letter, along with your reservation number from the hotel. Please bring this letter with you when checking in to the hotel.

Official Conference Hotel Policies

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation on or before 10 October 2010 will be accepted without penalty.
1.2 Any cancellation after 10 October 2010, regardless of reason, will result in a cancellation charge of one night’s accommodation.*

2. Date Change Policy

2.1 Date changes that extend the guest’s stay may be made without charge at anytime, but are subjected to availability.
2.2 Date changes after 3 November 2010, that result in the guest’s stay being shortened by more than two nights will incur a penalty of 1 night accommodation.

3. No-show/Late Arrival Policy

3.1 No-Show means failure to arrive at the hotel on the day booked for arrival. One night’s fees will be charged.
3.2 The hotel will hold the reserved room until 24:00 hrs. of the day booked for arrival. It is essential that guests inform the hotel of their arrival time and of any possibility of a late arrival. If guests arrive later than 24:00 and have not informed the hotel of the late arrival or later arrival date, the hotel will release the booking and apply 1 night penalty.

3.3 Should the guest arrive at a later date than the date booked for arrival, no refund will be provided for the date between scheduled and actual arrival.
